I must first say this has not been forced on Gordon, he comes by it naturally I guess! Since he could crawl he has been obsessed with balls, he is even more partial to golf balls, I think it's because they make the best noise on Nana Jan's kitchen tile and going down the hard wood stairs! He watches golf with his dad on TV sometimes and has gone out to the range with him, but no official golf lessons!
Anything that even resembles a golf club he will pick up and whack a golf ball with! He has a plastic set of clubs and a wooden putter that he is rarely without in one hand, and a golf ball in his other! We took him to the practice putting green the other day and he screamed when I picked him up to take him home! He would do it all day if he could! It is the funniest thing ever! Tory is quite proud of his little golfer!

Way To Go Tor!

So Tory finally has found some direction in his life and I am thrilled! He has been struggling with what to do for a career and with his future. He has taken golf very serious the past year and loves it, so why not go pro?
He has talked to my dad about it and he sees huge potential in Tory, so that got him more excited about it! The very first step in become a PGA class A pro you must first pass the players ability test (PAT), before you can even start the 3 year program...on October 22nd he took his PAT. You can shoot 7 over on 36 holes, I knew he could do it on any given day, but I must admit I was unsure if he could hold up to the pressure! Well he did it!!! He shot 4 over on 36 holes, 2 over on the first 18and 2 over on the second 18!!
I am so proud of him and so happy that he has found something he loves! Now, being the daughter of a pro golfer, I know that it is hard to make money in the golf industry, but I would much rather be poor my whole life and have Tory do what he loves then to be rich with a miserable husband! I love Tory so much and am so proud of him for doing this!

Mcgladrey Tournament
This post is a little out of order. The end of August we went down to St. George to see Katie at SUU and also because Katie, Tory, Mikey and my dad were playing in the Mcgladrey tournament! It's a scramble and they did really well taking 5th place!
Tory, dad, Mikey and Katie
Mom and Gordie in the pool at the hotel while the boys and Katie were golfing! He's holding a mini tooth brush that grandma Annie gave him!
Katie and Gordon in her new dorm! We miss her but she is having a blast at school! It was so fun to see her!

Happy Birthday MOM!
It was my mom's 49th birthday on October 14th so on the 13th all the girls, minus Katie:(, made her dinner and dessert and decorated her table with Halloween decor! It was a lot of fun! I have the greatest mom ever I love any chance to be able to do something for her!
Almost everyone who was there, missing Tory, Russ and Grandma Annie. My mom has 2 great loves, Halloween and Neat big balloons, so I had to get her that witch balloon, and we had a few scares with loosing it, but it made to my moms safely!

Wee Witches
Costume complements of Nana Jan
I absolutely love Halloween it is my all time favorite Holiday! My mom raised us with this true sincere love for Halloween! She made Halloween so magical every year...decked the house with tons of Halloween decorations, one of my favorite things from my childhood was coming home from school (the end of September) and the house full of spooky decorations! I am trying to pass my wonderful memories on to my little Gordie, I will drag him to as many Halloween activities as I can make it to! It's a month long Holiday, not something you just celebrate on October 31st! Besides you get your moneys worth our of your costume if you go to all the festivities!
Our first Halloween activity was at Gardener Village for the Wee Witches! It was freezing cold and we mostly hung out by the blaring music and watched all the dancing kids, but I loved every minuet of it because like I said I LOVE Halloween and the fall season! It was my mom, Adair and her kids, Amy Mason and her cute little Millie, Gordon and me!
Holland, Gordie, Charlie, Maggie and Millie
Charlie the "Nice Pirate"
Maggie the faerie
My little duck! He has cute little duck feet but he kept tripping over them!
Isn't that the cutest duck face you've ever seen!

Peach Days
I am so happy one of my best friends, Brooke and her cute family have moved back from their summer in NY! We got together with them for Peach Days, it was a lot of fun! It is quite the big deal in Brigham City, a huge parade, lots of food, big carnival...it was mostly fun to see them and cute little Bridget! I absolutely love Brooke and I am so thankful to have her as my friend and to be raising our kids together! I am constantly texting her questions. I love to know that she is basically going through all the same joys and struggles with her cute little girl!
Us watching the paradeJeremy and Brooke with cute Bridget
Jeremy and Tory went golfing and the kids slept in their car seats, while Brooke and I got caught up! It was such a fun day!
