4th of July 2012

We did our bike decorating again this year. The kids loved being in the parade! This year we were smarter and we had the truck parked down at the end of the parade route so we didn't have to walk back up the hill carting all the bikes like last summer! We all decided we will do a float next year so stay tuned for awesomeness next 4th!

After the parade we swam at the Gatrell's house and then intended on doing fireworks but Gordon fell to sleep and I followed shortly after so I promised him that we would see them on the 24th!

Polar Bear

The zoo just opened their polar bear exhibit, had to go check it out! They did an awesome job! Fun new addition!

Gordon was a little more interested in Henry's sucker!

Mia, Gordie, Henry and Izzi acting like scary bears!

Jungle Jim's

We bought a groupon for jungle Jim's and took the kids! They had s ton of fun!

Tee Ball 2012

Gordon played tee ball this summer! The games were awesome to watch! I love having a boy to go watch his sporting events! He was a little stud out there!

Future Hockey Player

Tory got on a hockey kick and decided to pull Gordon along with him and bought him all the hockey gear he would need to play hockey. Will post more pics later on the actual ice! He sure does look cute though!

End of School Play

Gordon's Spanish preschool put on a play of the three little pigs! It was so freaking cute hearing all the kids speak Spanish!

Sisters and City Creek

For my birthday my sisters, mom and I went to the new city creek down town and had lunch! I love love sisters!

My Smart Mom

My mom went to state in medical math and took second place! She is so amazing with how dedicated she is with school! I'm so proud of her!

"Can we get one mom?"

Tubbing at Soldier Hollow

I've always wanted to go tubing here and this winter we did! It was so much fun! I thought for sure Gordon would wuss out and not want to go but he loved it! He even went down all by himself!

Train Expo

Tory went to Florida for the week so Gordon and I went to the train expo together! It was way fun. Gordon loves trains!
He was so annoyed that I wanted him to look at me for a picture when there were so many other cool things to see!
Gordon could have done this for hours!

There was a Thomas the train that the kids could ride. Gordon really wanted to, we got in line three different times and every time he got to the front of the line he chickened out and didn't want to do it! We settled for taking a picture by the Thomas just outside the train. Fun day with my cute boy!

Snow Shoeing

We decided to try out our new snow shoes from grandma Holly! It was actually so much fun! I always wondered what the big deal was about snow shoeing! Well...now I understand! Can't wait to do this every year as a family!

Christmas Day 2011

Christmas morning with Gordon was so much fun this year! He  totally understood the whole Santa concept and he was ok with him  bringing presents to him as long as it was when he was sleeping and he didn't have to see him! I had to work Christmas morning, but made it home before Gordon had woken up! It was so much fun seeing his excited face when he walked into his room to see all that Santa had left him!
 First present
 "This is fun!"

Nana and Papa got Gordon a hockey set! I have a feeling this will be played a lot!

When asked all Gordon wanted for Christmas was this! It was hard to find but we did it! He was excited to get it. We gave it to him very last. Weird kid and his random gifts he asks for!

Christmas 2011 With DeSantis Family

This year was Hazel's first birthday so we thought it would be fun to celebrate her birthday together. All the siblings booked two hotel rooms down town. Adair made the cutest birthday cake and DVD of all the pictures from Hazel's first year. We ate cake, watched the DVD, cried a lot and then went to go see the lights down town. It was such a special night. The next morning my mom did her Oklahoma brunch and Christmas morning presents my mom and dad got us all snow shoes!
 Our Christmas jammies!
The next morning we went ice skating at Galivan Plaza! It was a blast! I love my family!

Breakfast with Santa

SLCC always does the most fun activities throughout the year, one of them is the breakfast with Santa. It is so well done, they have a yummy breakfast and then lots of activities for the kids and then you can sit on Santa and Mrs. Clause' laps!
 Yummy
Attempt to get a pic of all the kids together by the tree
Cute Greg was Buddy the Elf. The kids loved him!

Not a fan of the Clauses!

These made it all worth the terror!
