So Tory and I bought Gordon a Bed from Ikea, we weren't planning on putting him in it quite so soon, but when I got back from Brooke's house, Tory had painted Gordie's room and we set up the bed that night. I did not think he would stay in a bed at only 17 months old! It took 3 hard nights and now he loves it, and Tory and I love reading books with him at night and being able to crawl right in bed with him!

True Love Indeed
Gordie and I went and stayed with my best friend Brooke and her little girl Bridget! It was so much fun! The two kids hit it off great, we couldn't have asked for a better reaction from the two since Brooke and I have been planning their future long before they came around! It was so fun to just hang out with Brooke and talk while the kids played! I really wish they lived closer! Started off a little shy...
...But it didn't take long for them to warm up!
Gordie got a green bank for himself and wanted his girlfriend to have a pink one!

It was so cute, the whole time they were in the bath together Bridget just kept washing Gordon's hair! She is so motherly! Gordon only cared about the new bath toys.

4 Year Anniversary

On December 31, 2009 it was Tory's and my 4 year anniversary! On the night of our actual anniversary (New Years eve), we went out for Chinese food, then went to the Olympic oval to ice skate, then the next day we went down town to stay at the Little America. We walked around down town, Talked, saw movies, SLEPT IN!! It was so fun to just be together alone! I can honestly say I am more in love with Tory now then the day I married him! I can't wait for the many years with him that are to come! Thank you Tory! I love you so much! Thank you to my mom for taking Gordon that night!

Christmas 2009
This Christmas will probably go down in history as my most memorable Christmas, we did so many fun Christmas activities, seeing the lights at temple square, live nativity, a lot of Christmas movies! This one was so special for a couple reasons...Cute little Gordon was more aware this year of the festivities, we got to talk to Carl who is on his mission, first Christmas away, and because my cute, wonderful mom spent most of 2009 working on quilts for every single one of her children, in laws, and grandchildren, that's 13 quilts! And with all of our scraps she made my dad a huge quilt! We all knew we were getting these quilts, she let us pick out our own material, all of us girls thought that if we all were getting quilts that morning, my mom needed one of her own! So we all worked on a quilt for her! It turned out better than I could have imagined! It was so neat to give that to her, she cried of course as did the rest of us! I will always cherish my quilt and always remember the Christmas of the quilts! Thank you so much mom!
Cute winter hat for the cold months!
