Oh Boy!

Gordon Came running up to me with this crown on saying "Mommy, I'm a princesses!" I don't know if I should worry or not. Emmy always says she needs Gordon to teach Henry how to be a boy because all he has at home are his two older sisters, well I don't know if this is you best role model for what your looking for! He loves bracelets and necklaces and his favorite color is usually pink!

On Halloween day katie, Tory, Annie, Gordo, and I All went to Boo at the Zoo! Gordon LOVED the Tricker treating at all the booths!

He loved his pumkin! Every morning we had to go outside to see "Gogo's punkin"! After halloween we through them away and for weeks after he would say in a sad voice "Gogo's punkin lost?"

I love everything about this picture! I love that he chose to wear all these articles of clothing, I love that as I'm taking this picture he is saying "cheeeeees" the whole time, but most of all I love that he is wearing underwear! I was so excited and proud for the "We're potty trained!" post! Yes...just a few weeks after he turned 2 and 4 days of not too many accedents he was compleatly potty trained, I mean totally potty trained, he told me when he had had to go! Well I don't know what happened, but about 6 weeks later he decided he's done! After 4 days of more accedents then when we were potty training I too gave up on the underwear! Everyone told me that potty training is the worst part of motherhood, I know join in saying this!

Sisters are the Best

Something that I am most grateful in my life are my amazing sisters! I am so close to everyone of them! I don't know why I was so blesses to have these amazing ladies in my life! I truly don't know what I would do without them, and I have been so thankful for them this past year and now, there have been many trying things occurring in my family and we have all just grown closer from it, and have helped each other get by! You are all so beautiful and I pray that you will always know how much I love you!

2 Years old!

I can't Believe it, Gordon is 2 years old! He is so much fun right now! At his 2 year old check up he weighed 26.77 lbs (29%) and his height was 35 in (54%). I love you Gordon!

Summer Swimming

We are so Lucky to be living with my in laws who have a beautiful house and yard with a pool! We had many fun days this summer swimming! At the first of the season Gordon didn't want anything to do with the pool, but by the end of the summer we couldn't get him out! Thanks Scott and Jan for allowing us to use your pool and build great memories!

Lake Powell Trip August 2010

We went to Lake Powell this August with Liz, Russ, Annie and Will! It was so much fun! It was only my second time going, but I am so in love with Powell! I hope to be able to go every summer!

I love wake boarding, but man was I sore the next few days! Tory, Russ, and Will went golfing on the third day and Annie, Liz, and I did yoga while they were gone to loosen up!

First night camping, Our first spot we found got taken by a house boat even though we left a tent and a cooler, luckily we found this spot for the duration of our trip...so we thought but when we came back to it the next night a huge house boat had taken it! We even said when we pulled up to this spot that there was no way a house bout could fit here! The guys and Annie were pretty upset, but Liz and I just thought it was comical, and later that night we all were laughing about the whole thing! What are the odds!
My Cute Tory is so good at EVERYTHING he does, he has two things that he is not good at, basketball, and fishing, so when he was the first to catch a fish we were all shocked! Go Tory!
Tory's family grew up at lake Powell so he is an amazing wake boarder, and even better skier!
The worst part of this trip was watching my husband and Russ jump this 70 foot cliff! I had a panic attack and hated every second of this moment! Luckily they both survived, however Russ landed on his butt causing his swim suit to rip open! He was done jumping for the trip and I would guess for good!
I am married to Tory so of course I had to jump off of a cliff too! I was willing to do the 30 foot cliff and hated every moment of that! As you can see I was going to make sure that I went in as strait as possible, however I forgot to point my toes the bottoms of my feet hurt so bad!

We all jumped off this cliff at the same time, minus Russ of course who was taking the picture from the boat, before we all jumped I told Tory "Please don't do any tricks off this one, just jump!" As you can see he didn't heed to my advice and proceeded to do a front flip off and over rotated onto his chest! We are pretty sure he broke his ribs, because we are back and 3 1/2 weeks later and he is still in so much pain! I don't feel that sorry for him, because I told him not to do that! I hope he has learned his lesson!
Lizzy was the second one to catch a fish and she did it on her first cast, but the boys were off hiking and she didn't know what to do with it so for about 30 mins she just had it hooked and swimming around in the water! I decide I want to catch a fish too so I am casting and reeling for about a half an hour and nothing so I gave up and lizzy casted it for her second time and reels in a fish! Then Russ gets one then Will! Annie and I were the only two who didn't catch one! Which was probably good since Lizzy, Russ and Will were the only ones with fishing licenses.

My cute sisters and brother on our last night! I'm so glad they got to come with us! It was all their first time, we were all planning our trip to lake Powell next summer!
Annie is a blast to be with! She had us laughing the whole time!

We stopped at Moqui Cave on our way home, but before that we had started home and we needed gas but, Russ said the next town was only about 20 miles out, so we decided to wait to get gas. Turns out it was closer to 60 miles out and we were in a huge truck pulling a boat and on empty 30 miles into it! By some crazy miracle we made it to the gas station! I still can not believe we did! Such a fun trip! Awesome way to end out the summer!
